When we announced plans to pause all programming in an effort to rebuild OCT from the ground up, you stepped up: in the last three months you've helped us raise over $300,000 toward our $1 million goal! And still, many of you continued to ask "What else can we do to help?" And now it's your chance to do just that: get ready to laugh ’til it hurts—and support Oregon Children’s Theatre while you’re at it!

Join us for Impulse to Give, a live improv comedy show that’s completely unrehearsed and absolutely hilarious. It’ll be spontaneous and side-splitting, and it’s all for a cause that deserves a standing ovation.

We’re aiming to raise another $30,000 to support the future of Oregon Children’s Theatre—so every ticket, chuckle, and donation counts. All proceeds from ticket sales and additional opportunities to give during the event will benefit OCT’s rebuilding and recovery efforts, supporting transformative youth theatre programming that’s changing lives—no punchline needed.

What to Expect

Pay to Play: make a donation to participate in the improv games—you may even have a chance to join the cast on stage!
FUN-draising games: during the performance we'll have donated-based games and other opportunities to give and support OCT's future.
Exciting raffle prizes: buy raffle tickets for a chance to win amazing prize packages!
Fund-a-Need: Invest the future of OCT! There will be a chance to contribute towards our Fund-A-Need goal of $10,000. Giving levels will range from $50-$1000. You can raise your paddle as many times as you are inspired to throughout the evening.
Be inspired: Hear from cast, community, and Board members about OCT's impactful work and what the future holds for the organization.

This one-night-only event will feature a cast composed entirely of alums from the award-winning Impulse comedy troupe and will include many opportunities to support OCT:

Ticket prices range from $75–$250.
All ticketing proceeds will go toward OCT’s million-dollar fundraising campaign!
