Group Sales

Oregon Children's Theatre makes it easy to plan an event for your scout troop, senior center, religious organization, company, book club, or group of family and friends. Group tickets are a great way to enjoy a play for a lower price. With extra perks, we hope you make it a tradition!

Group tickets for the 2012-2013 season go on sale July 16th.

Discounts

  • Groups of 8-29 are $13 - $18
  • Groups of 30 + are $11 - $16

Benefits

Priority Seating: Receive prime seating before individual tickets go on sale.

Payments: No deposit required to hold seats; full payment due 15 days after order; and no later than 15 days before the performance.

Flexibility: Change your numbers without penalty prior to making your final payment.

Extras
  • Groups of 20 or more qualify for:
    • A backstage tour, with special chances to meet cast members.
    • Help with arranging for a reception or party.
    • Lobby signs and/or special announcements from the stage.
    • Promotional help for your event, including show information and publicity materials upon request.
  • GIRL SCOUT PATCHES - Oregon Children's Theatre patches are available for purchase! Please inquire when  you buy your tickets.
    • Juliettes (Girl Scouts who do not belong to a specific troupe) can get the group discount on special Girl Scout Days.
      Duck for President—October 27th; Pinkalicious: The Musical—November 17th; The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe—January 26th; The Stinky Cheese Man—March 9th; Gathering Blue—May 4th; A Year with Frog and Toad—May 18th.

How to Order for Your Group

Just call and tell us how many are in your group, and we will hold a block of tickets. You collect the money from your friends and/or family and make one single payment to Oregon Children’s Theatre. Ordering is easy! Call Group Sales at 503-228-9571, ext. 113 (9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday) to reserve your seats today! TICKETS ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE.
