Hello! What exciting fun! Haley, my granddaughter, and I are looking forward to seeing Pinkalicious again this year. We invited my friend Martha and her granddaughter to join us. We are so in for the cupcake fun.
Since we have been harvesting beet and pickling them, we think that making a beet colored cupcake that tastes like cherry would be best. We have seen many recipes for beet desserts, but they all have chocolate, no pink there! If you could capture the pinkorific color of beets in a cupcake that would be pinktastic! Cherry flavor is complimented by almond, so we recommend that too!
