The staff at Oregon Children's Theatre is happy to help you make the right decision in choosing the best class for each student. Those interested in entering our Young Professional program will meet with our education staff and together they will tailor a course of study suited to the student's needs and goals. Registration Procedure

Registering for classes is easy! You may register by phone, fax, mail, or in person. All registration forms are processed in the order in which they are received.

Phone: Call 503-228-9571 and register with a VISA or MasterCard.

Fax: Fax completed registration form and credit card information to 503-228-3545.

Mail: Mail completed registration form and payment to OCT, Attn. Education Dept., 600 SW 10th Ave., Suite 313, Portland, OR 97205.

In Person: Register by check, charge or money order. We are located in the Galleria Building, 600 SW 10th Ave., Suite 313, Portland. Our office hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Registration Deadlines

You may register up to the start of class provided there are still spaces available.

Payment

A $50 non-refundable deposit (applicable to tuition) per class is required at registration. Full payment is due no later than 2 weeks prior to the start of class.

Class Confirmation

Once registered, you will receive a letter confirming your enrollment, stating your balance due and due date, the class location, and other general information. We will also send you a medical release form to complete, or you can download one here.

Cancellation Policy

We will refund your tuition (less the non-refundable deposit - $50 for summer term, $25 during the school year) up to two weeks before the first day of class. Refunds/credits are not given for cancellations made less than two weeks before the first day of class.

Discounts

Receive a 10% discount (one discount available per student per term) for one of the following:

  1. Multiple Class Discount: For students taking two or more classes in the same term.
  2. Family Discount: For families registering siblings for at least one class each in the same term.
  3. Repeat Discount: For students repeating the same class during a different term.

Scholarship

Scholarships are available. Families can call OCT Education Department at 503-228-9571 for approval.

Class Cancellations

Oregon Children’s Theatre reserves the right to cancel any class if enrollment is insufficient. Any tuition paid will be refunded in full.
